From studying how artist are influenced by marketing. This has shown me that when we need to market our own artist/ star, we need to consider the cheaper form of publicity like social media as this is what our target audience uses the most. For example Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram. This will be our first type of marketing because, this is how we get are artist out there so they can start building a fan base. Once they have become popular on the social media their name will be better known. Which then music channels will star playing their videos and radio will start playing their songs. From this there audience will grow which means that Newspapers and Magazines will start to pay more attention on them as they are becoming more popular. Overall social media will be the first step for us to market our audience, as it is the cheapest form and we can connect with people all over the world with this.
