After filming and looking back at the risk assessment, we managed
to make sure that all the risks that we identified were kept at a low, this is
shown through how the team and the artist wasn’t injured and didn’t get hurt.
This was a success, as if we didn’t make this assessment that maybe we wouldn’t
have looked for these hazards, which meant that someone could of got hurt,
which would have resulted in our filming time being reduced, which was
something that we really wanted to avoided on the second day of shooting as
daylight was decreasing fast, which mean that we really needed to make sure
that all of our shots were completed. If we were to do it again, maybe we
should of had set everything up and walked the artist through what could be
dangerous for her, so she knows automatically what to look out for, which will
also help to reduce any injuries while filming.
