A question that people found quite hard to answer was “What do you like about music videos” this is mainly because, they do not look for anything specific that they want to see, as this will make all the videos look the same. For the editing to be faced pace and tell a story came up a lot which shows that, for our music video to be good it needs something to hold it together, which mostly looks like a narrative. To make a music video interesting our target audience mostly said that it needs to be new and different for it to really entice them.

As these results were very close means that we need to do more research on what more of our target audience will prefer as it is not very clear.
Most people find out about new music videos through music channels and social media, this is because, it is easier for them to check up on anything new that they can look at which will appeal to them. When we finish with our music video it means that to publish it we have to market it across all different social media that our audience will use.
For our target audience to keep in touch with our artist we found out that Instagram and Twitter are very popular for them to catch up with them. This means that we will have to create a Twitter page and a n Instagram page to make sure we can advertise her as an artist and widen her margin to place all over the world.
From this questionnaire was really helpful as it showed us they direction in which we have to go with are artist and ideas that we have. This is to make sure that we fully target our video to the right audience, which will lead to more sales of her music.

on teachers feedback:
A target for our
group to do is more research on what our target audience preferred narrative is
because, from the results that we got was that they were all very close meaning
that we need to do more investigation on what is the preferred as this will help
with planning. A problem that I found was that the answers to questions 5 and 6
were very vague as they didn’t give much detail on what they actually liked
about music videos. This is important to us as we can find out what our target audience
actually likes to then be able to create a music video that they will enjoy.
This meaning that we need to interview more of our target audience as to why
they liked certain videos.
